Cancellation & Refund Policy

We value your trust in DATHIR and strive for transparency in our cancellation and refund policy to ensure a comfortable and fair booking experience.
1. Cancellation via Booking Platforms
- Airbnb: The cancellation policy specified in the unit's Airbnb listing applies.
- Booking.com: The cancellation terms displayed at the time of booking apply.
- Gathern: Gathern's own cancellation policy applies.
2. Direct Booking Cancellation
Free Cancellation (48+ hours before check-in)
- Full refund of the amount paid.
- Transfer is processed within 5-7 business days.
Late Cancellation (24-48 hours before)
- 50% refund of the amount paid.
- 50% is retained as a late cancellation fee.
Last-Minute Cancellation (less than 24 hours)
- No refund.
- Guest may reschedule the stay within 30 days (subject to availability).
3. No-Show
- If the guest does not arrive without prior notice, no refund is issued.
- The unit is released 24 hours after the scheduled check-in time.
4. Booking Modifications
- Stay dates can be modified free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival (subject to availability).
- Changing unit type is subject to the price difference between units.
- Bookings cannot be modified after the stay has begun.
5. Early Departure
If the guest departs before the end of the booking, no refund is issued for remaining nights.
6. Cancellation by DATHIR
In rare cases (emergency maintenance, force majeure), we may cancel a booking. The guest is notified immediately and offered an alternative unit or a full refund.
