By using the DATHIR website or booking any of our furnished units, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing any booking.

1. Definitions

• "DATHIR" or "we": Refers to DATHIR short-term accommodation and the operators of dathir.com.
• "Guest" or "you": Refers to the person using the website or booking a stay.
• "Unit": Refers to the furnished apartment or studio available for short-term rental.

2. Booking Eligibility

• Guests must be 18 years or older to complete a booking.
• A valid ID (national ID or passport) must be provided upon request.
• The guest is responsible for the accuracy of information provided during booking.

3. Booking and Confirmation

• Bookings are confirmed only after receiving full payment or confirmation via the booking platform used.
• Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM unless otherwise agreed.
• Self check-in instructions and smart lock code are sent prior to arrival.

4. Pricing and Payment

• Displayed prices are inclusive of VAT (15%) unless stated otherwise.
• Payment is processed via online platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, Gathern) or bank transfer for direct bookings.

5. House Rules

• Smoking is prohibited inside all units.
• Parties or loud events are not permitted.
• Maximum guest capacity as specified for each unit must be observed.
• Pets are not allowed without prior approval.
• The unit and its contents must be kept clean and in good condition.
• Guests must respect neighbors and observe quiet hours after 10 PM.

6. Damages and Liability

• Guests are responsible for any damages to the unit or its contents during their stay.
• DATHIR is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings.

7. Cancellation and Refund

• 48+ hours before: Full refund.
• 24-48 hours: 50% refund.
• Less than 24 hours: No refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on dathir.com — including text, images, designs, and logos — is the intellectual property of DATHIR and may not be copied without prior written permission.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jeddah.
